mnok Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and mnok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mnok website located at https://mnok.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and account management features.

By accessing the mnok platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read this document in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by every clause herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the mnok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the overall terms governing your relationship with mnok.

2. Eligibility

Access to and participation in real-money gambling services on the mnok platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are registering and playing as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You do not hold an existing mnok account that is currently active, suspended, or subject to a self-exclusion order.
• You have not previously been excluded from the mnok platform under the responsible gaming or enforcement provisions of these Terms.
• You are not employed by mnok, its affiliates, game providers, or payment partners in a role that creates a conflict of interest with fair play.

mnok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension. Any winnings accrued on an account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be voided and forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on mnok, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the mnok platform. Registration of multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, device, payment account, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. mnok employs automated systems to detect duplicate account registrations. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

mnok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard international platform compliance practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid national ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised. Documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mnok username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mnok will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mnok immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mnok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your mnok wallet within 10 to 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. mnok does not charge any fee on incoming deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are released to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible, to reduce the risk of fraud. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami Bank): 1–3 business days subject to bank processing schedules.

mnok reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending investigation.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. mnok reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances. Users will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Reactivation of a dormant account requires successful identity re-verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mnok offers various promotional incentives to registered users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered accounts only and may not be claimed by persons who are self-excluded or whose accounts are under investigation.
• Each promotional offer has a specified wagering requirement, minimum odds restriction, and expiry period. These details are published on the relevant promotion page and must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• mnok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes during an active promotional period if there is evidence of abuse or technical error.
• Where a bonus is awarded in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or misrepresentation by the user — mnok reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount and any associated winnings derived from it.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account wallet. Real-money deposits are generally used before bonus funds unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Players identified as using two or more accounts to claim the same promotion will have all associated bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The mnok platform offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), live casino games, slots, and crash games. The following general rules apply across all product categories. Specific game rules for individual products are published on the relevant game or sport page.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. mnok reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any individual market or for any individual account. In-play markets may be suspended without notice during live events. Bets placed after the event has concluded — whether due to network latency, system error, or any other cause — will be voided. Settlement of all markets follows official scoreline and result data from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL organising body for Bangladesh Premier League).

6.2 Casino & Live Casino

All casino and live casino games on the mnok platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment overseen by professional croupiers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots and table games are published by the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi) and are available in the game information panel within each title. mnok does not modify RTP settings for any game.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, operate on a provably fair system. Players are solely responsible for their cash-out decisions and timing.

6.4 Void Bets

mnok reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, or where the settlement data provided by the event's governing body is subsequently amended. Voided bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake value.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious violation of these Terms. mnok reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any balance pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account on the mnok platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform outside of normal human browser usage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the mnok platform, game software, or payment systems — whether intentionally or recklessly.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement with a third party designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker-format games, or any competitive game format offered on the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any form of money laundering.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person under a proxy arrangement, whether paid or unpaid.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests against legitimate deposits after related bets have been placed.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, mnok and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or telecommunications failures.
• Errors in odds display, game result settlement, or payment processing where corrective action has been taken within a reasonable timeframe.
• Decisions made by the user based on information published on the platform, including game statistics, match previews, or promotional content.

mnok's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any funds in the account may be retained pending resolution of the investigation. Funds that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the user via the original deposit payment method following the conclusion of the investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

mnok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms currently published at https://mnok.io/terms-conditions is the operative version and supersedes all previous versions. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

14. Governing Law

mnok is an internationally operated platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mnok is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh. mnok does not make any representation that the platform is compliant with the laws of any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
